Two ways to confirm payment

Automatic, via payment gateway
Each order gets its own QRIS or virtual account. Once paid, the order is marked paid and the buyer is notified. The money goes to your shop's own Midtrans or Xendit account.

The buyer sends a transfer receipt, and Answerly forwards it to your Telegram with the order recap. You check your statement, tap “Accept”, and Answerly lets the buyer know.
