Answerly is an AI WhatsApp assistant for small businesses in Indonesia. We started with brow bars and beauty clinics, and are adding more business types step by step.

Our principles

  • Official Meta API

    We use the official WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta, not unofficial apps that can get numbers banned.

  • Answers from your data

    The AI only answers from the business details you provide. If the answer isn't there, the chat goes to you.

  • Knows when to stop

    Reference photos, health questions, complaints, and price negotiation always go to a person.

  • Honest about being automated

    If a customer asks, the AI honestly says it is an automated assistant.

  • Your data stays yours

    Your business owns its customer data. Answerly processes it on your behalf, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law.

  • Focused on one business

    In line with WhatsApp's policies, the AI only handles your business and politely declines anything else.

How we protect data

  • We never ask for your WhatsApp, Facebook, or Google password.
  • Each business's data is separated down to the database level, so one business can never see another's data.
  • Access tokens and keys are stored encrypted.
  • The AI only reads as much chat history as it needs, and customer photos are deleted automatically after the retention period.
  • Cancel anytime. You can disconnect from the WhatsApp Business app, and your number and chats stay intact.
